Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground chuck
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill on high heat for at least 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground chuck, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
3. Form into hamburger patties about ¾ inches thick.
4. Lightly oil the patties.
5. Place patties on the grill.
6. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
7. Add cheese and let stand for 5 minutes.
